First, stop wearing sunglasses every time the sun appears.
Second, stop wearing your corrective glasses during every waking hour.
Eat foods that leave the system clearer:
Fresh fruits & fruit juices
Raw dairy
Meat
Fish
Raw honey
Eggs
Some vegetables, especially raw, if possible
Reducing Blue Light and Restoring Natural Light Signals
Actual sunlight on the eyes, especially in the morning.
Step outside within the first hour after sunrise and let the light reach your eyes without sunglasses. A few minutes is enough to begin with.
The same principle applies at sunset. Looking toward the rising or setting sun (never the high noon sun) for short periods has been reported by many people as one of the strongest single practices for restoring clearer vision.
Releasing Structural Restriction
Chin tucks
Sit or stand tall, gently draw your chin straight back as if making a double chin, hold for three to five seconds, then release. Repeat ten times. This helps reverse the forward-head posture that most phone and desk users develop.
Slow neck circles
Move the head in a small, controlled circle in one direction, then the other. Keep the movement easy and pain-free. The goal is gentle mobility, not stretching to the limit.
Jaw release
Place the tip of the tongue on the roof of the mouth just behind the front teeth and let the jaw hang slightly open for thirty seconds. Many people carry constant jaw tension without noticing; this simple position often lets the muscles around the temples and the base of the skull soften.
Upper-back opening
Interlace your fingers behind your head, open the elbows wide, and gently look upward while lifting the chest. Hold for a few breaths, then relax. Do this several times. It counters the collapsed posture that compresses the vessels and nerves feeding the head.
